Treasure Hunt Venues

We can start and finish our Treasure Hunts in any location. Often we will start the event off with a briefing at a client's offices and finish at a conveniently located local bar. We can also finish at a restaurant or a hotel if you have a dinner planned after the event or if you are staying somewhere.

While it isn't essential it is preferable to have private areas to do the initial briefing in and for the announcing of scores and presentation of medals. This can be a very lively time with cheering and jeering!

So, venues are very flexible. We have plenty of friendly bars in our many cities who welcome our groups and don't charge a fee provided that you spend a little money. You'll be thirsty and probably hungry too, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Treasure Hunt Price

A Treasure Hunt for up to 30 people costs £750 plus VAT. This is for our full package with an event manager but without costumed characters.

For 31 to 60 people the cost is £950 plus VAT. This includes two costumed characters who will join us at the finish location to help mark your packs. This makes the marking efficient and timely.

For every person after 60 simply add £10 plus VAT to the cost. We will add staff as necessary as group sizes increase so that every stage is efficiently managed.

Transport Costs
